In 2015, just two weeks before her eighteenth birthday, Essence was diagnosed with leukemia.
The treatments that helped save her life also changed her skin. It became extremely dry, sensitive, and prone to eczema flare-ups. Products she had used before no longer felt comforting, and finding something that worked became an ongoing struggle.
What started as a search for relief eventually became the beginning of Sheair Butters.

After months of research, testing, and refinement, we built a simple formula around three carefully selected ingredients:
- Nilotica Shea Butter
- Shea Nut Oil

Those three ingredients would eventually become the foundation of My Everything Cream.
