Dealing with Melted Butters

MELTED BODY BUTTERS
With temperatures starting to soar across the country, I thought now would be a great time to remind customers old and new, that ‘My Everything Cream,’ made with pure Nilotica Shea Butter, will melt in temperatures 75-degrees and higher.

Shea Nilotica is an extremely soft butter, and while we take several precautions to assure your product arrives solid, there is a better than average chance that if your package is in transit for over 24-hours, it will arrive either fully or partially melted.

Please note, this in no way affects the efficacy of ‘My Everything Cream,’ and that when refrigerated or left at room temperature for a few days, will slowly begin to solidify.

You may also notice higher than usual shipping costs for both our 8-ounce and 12-ounce sizes. The higher price is imposed by USPS, not us, and is because the packages are heavier, due to the cold packs and types of packaging we use to ship our products during the summer months.

We apologize for any inconvenience these unavoidable circumstances may cause. Please know we greatly value your business and your satisfaction is our main concern. Should you have any questions, please feel free to drop us a message via our Contact page.

Yep, the thermal mailers are back, as are the ice packs which I now include as an added measure to keep MEC from completely melting this time of year.

Does this mean the silver mailers are back? I love them. Makes my mail looks so fancy.
