How to Use

Unlike a body butter, African Black Soap Paste is not meant to be scooped out. Simply wet your fingertips or a washcloth, rub gently across the surface of the paste, and work it into a rich lather before applying to the skin or hair.

Good to Know

African Black Soap Paste and our African Black Soap Bars are made from the same traditional formula. The difference is simply the texture. Choose the bar if you prefer a solid soap, or the paste if you enjoy a softer, more flexible consistency.

Lightly wet your fingers or a washcloth and glide across the surface of the paste to activate. Lather, apply to skin, and rinse. There’s no need to scoop. A small amount goes a very long way.

African Black Soap Paste is highly concentrated. A small amount is all that’s needed.

Lightly wet your fingers, washcloth, or Salux
Gently rub over the surface of the paste to pick up product
Work into a lather between your hands or directly onto skin
Apply to face or body, then rinse thoroughly

African Black Soap Paste is made without stabilizers or hardeners and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
