It is especially useful for skin that feels rough, congested or dull, helping leave the skin feeling cleaner, smoother and refreshed without an overly stripped or tight feeling. With regular use, it can also help keep areas prone to buildup looking clearer and more even.

Use it on its own for everyday cleansing or pair it with a Salux Cloth when you want a deeper cleanse and added exfoliation. For the smoothest experience, work the soap into a rich lather on a washcloth or Salux Cloth before applying it to your skin.

Free from unnecessary additives, African Black Soap is simple, versatile body care made for people who want an effective cleanse without turning their routine into something complicated.

Shea Butter

Apply to damp skin and massage gently for one to two minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow up with a smidgen of one of our expertly hand-crafted Body Butters.
Please note, African Black Soap should always be followed up with an intensive moisturizer .
Caution: Soap may contain small particles of husk. Do not rub bar directly onto skin.

Keep in cool, dry place. Soap will melt if exposed to high temperatures or left sitting in water.

I have used many different African Black Soaps over the years, but THIS African Black Soap is the best I've ever used. The natural ingredients clean my skin so freshly, when I have worked hard in the gym and had a good sweat, nothing beats how clean and fresh African Black Soap leaves my skin after my shower.
African Black Soap doesn't dry my skin out either, only leaving it clean and refreshed.

For Dry Diabetic Skin

This morning was my first shower with your African Black Soap. I followed my shower with your "My Everything Cream". I love the fact that both are unscented, and how soft/moisturized they made my dry, diabetic skin feel. I never want to be without these two products. Thank-you. We will definitely do business again.

Great for the body

Love, love, love this soap for my body. It is too strong for my face though. For my face I use the Moroccan Black Soap.
I highly recommend this soap if you want to strip away dead skin from your body and deodorant build-up under your arms.
It is very good at removing build up.

It’s ok

I’ve been using the product for a few weeks and so far I don’t see any changes, maybe it takes longer for results. I will keep using until the soap is gone since I still have a lot left, I will update review if I start to see results. But the smell isn’t bad and it lathers on good.

BEST SKINCARE ROUTINE

This Black Soap is magical! After using it a few days I stop wearing foundation- it rids my skin of breakouts and gives me a natural glow. Idc how tired I am, I will not skip my skincare routine even for day- the results are just that amazing!

You don’t need no other soap

I will tell you I am old school with soaps and my shower regimens. However my skin started rejecting my soap and body wash. I came across Sheair from one of my Sisters and let me tell you my first time trying it I didn’t need any body wash or anything. Clean isn’t the word, squeaky clean. My skin felt refreshed. I will not ever purchase soap from Walmart or any other shopping store anymore. And when you get it with the cloth you won’t ever need anything extra to exfoliate with or clean with!! Amazing!! On time order every time. This is my 2nd time ordering.

Great for the body

I will only use Moroccan Black Soap on my face. For my body I prefer African Black Soap. I like the big bar. I cut it into 4 pieces to make it easier to use in the shower where I use it in place of shaving cream. Works great with the Salux too. If you buy the black soaps you should also get the Salux. Together they exfoliate the hell outta your skin. 👍�

Can’t praise this soap enough. It just does everything.

Doesn't dry out my skin...

Africans are secret about their black soap recipe. They never give away the full ingredient list and different African tribes put their own twist on the recipe. I respect them keeping this family secret, however I have struggled to find a black soap that doesn't dry out my face. This one does not. Maybe it's the addition of the Shea butter and cocnut oil which aren't ingredients used in traditional African black soap. I use the soap every other day and it's done wonders on my enlarged pores. If anyone wants to know what I use on alternate days, it's nothing but pure water and a wash cloth.

Love the new smaller bars and the satin pouch they come in.

Best I've Tried

This is the best black soap I've tried and I've damn near tried them all. I'd suggest anyone who has oily or acne phone skin give this a try. Just recognize that is a big bar of soap, the biggest I've ever seen. I like it actually. Wish all soaps came in this size. Soap is getting expensive as hell and the price just isn't worth it. At least here I'm paying for a large bar that lasts for over a month.

Good for Keratosis Pilaris

Used this soap in conjunction with apple cider vinegar to finally get rid of my life long KP. Thank you so much. Your advice meant everything to me.

My Favorite

This is my new favorite bar soap. I purchased it in June and just ran out in August. A bar soap lasting that long is unheard of. I used it on my husbands back acne and along with the Salux has made such a difference. I know this might sound kind of gross, but some of the bumps on his back seem to dry up and just flake off in bed. We'd wake up and there would be this dead skin on his side of the bed. Pretty messy, but hey, it worked so two 👍 up.
