Yellow Body Balm is our richer, more concentrated moisturizer, made with two forms of Shea Butter, Shea Nut Oil, Royal Jelly and Borututu Root. It softens slowly against warm skin, creating a rich layer of moisture that leaves skin feeling exceptionally smooth.

Its velvety texture is especially suited for dry areas like elbows, knees, feet and hands, but can be used anywhere your skin needs a little extra care.

No water. No added fragrance. No unnecessary fillers. Just thoughtfully selected ingredients handcrafted in small batches.

For best results: Apply Yellow Body Balm straight out of the shower while your skin is still slightly damp to help seal in moisture.

  • Yellow Body Balm is a natural product that may vary in color from deep yellow to pale ivory. This is due to the natural variation in the shea butter and the milling process. Black and brown flakes from the Borututu Root may also be present in the balm. These flakes are harmless and do not affect the quality of the balm.

Usage
  • Skin: Best applied after your bath, while skin is still slightly damp. The combination of oil and water will seamlessly melt into your skin, leaving it soft, silky smooth, and with no greasy residue.⁣⁣
  • Hair: Apply to freshly washed and conditioned hair. Style as desired. Makes an excellent sealant for naturally kinky and curly hair.

This is my favorite of the three body butters offered here. I like that it's slightly thicker and works wonders on the eczema I have all over my feet and ankles. Not sure why this one only come in an small size while the others have a medium and large size too. Give us a 12 ounce at least. 😁

It is extremely thick. Once you get it applied, it has NO SHINE. I definitely should have just gotten the "EVERYTHING BUTTER" again ( no wonder it is much cheaper). And I'm stuck with it, since there is a NO RETURN/ REFUND policy

Wonderful Product

I have noticed that my skin is softer since using this product. It has removed a lot of the dark spots that I had.

Jar is not filled. Product is a whipped substance so purposefully under filling decreases amount of product received versus product that was paid for.

With this whipped body butter, the 8 ounces is by volume.
We recently tweaked our formula after customers asked for a softer butter. That is when we started whipping it a bit more. However, with the weather heating up, we will no longer be whipping the butter, as to prevent melting. I will be sending you another jar free of charge. Please note, however, the butter works as advertised.

Tried this website after seeing the add on Cynthia G’s YouTube. Smoothest shea butter I’ve ever had. It’s the consistency of whipped Shea butter. I’ve been moisturizing my very dry, sensitive skin with raw yellow Shea butter for years and wanted to try something new. I definitely recommend if you are used to the smell and moisture of raw Shea butter. Great email notifications and shipping too.

I've purchased both butters and I don't really feel the need to compare them. My Everything Cream is amazing and I can't praise it enough. It saved my daughter's skin. My whole family actually uses it now, including my grandparents who both have skin complications caused by diabetes.⁣

Yellow Shea Butter to me to just another version of My Everything Cream. It's firmer and thicker and has a smell similar to someone grilling outdoors. It's perfect for using at night when you want a heavy duty butter. I slather it on my feet after showering and then put on socks. Love the way my feet feel in the morning. ⁣

I'll stay using both, but maybe give a slight edge to My Everything Cream. I actually just dabbed both butters on my arm and damn they are each amazing, but My Everything Cream doesn't leave a smell. I swear, I love it. To each his own. I'm happy with both.⁣

The Better Butter

Not a fan of the nutty smell, but it's not too overpowering. I'm used to using Shea Butter so I knew what to do expect. Having said that, this is smoother and easier to use than traditional unrefined Shea Butter. It's not hard and easy to spread on your skin. I like the Shea Nolitica used in My Everything Cream, but I think the Yellow Shea Butter is better. It's thicker and the better option in my opinion if you have very dry skin.

Love the texture

I love the texture of this butter. It's pretty thick and has a lot of staying power without feeling greasy. The nutty smell is pleasant, but not for everyone. It's best used at night and My Everything Cream or Liquid Body Butter during the day. If I could request one thing, I'd like to be able to buy it in a larger size.
